On August 29, 2019, NXP Semiconductors N.V. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors approved the payment of interim dividend for the third quarter of 2019 of $0.375 per ordinary share, reflecting an increase of 50% from the prior quarterly dividends. The interim dividend will be paid on October 4, 2019 to shareholders of record on September 16, 2019.
