On December 19, 2011, NXP B.V. announced the effective redemption of $275,000,000 of its U.S. Dollar-denominated Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2013 and €150,000,000 of its Euro-denominated Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2013. NXP B.V. had issued conditional redemption notices for these notes on November 18, 2011.
