NXP Announces Repricing Term Loan

EINDHOVEN, THE NETHERLANDS -- (Marketwired) -- 02/06/14 -- NXP Semiconductors N.V. (NASDAQ: NXPI) ("NXP") announced today that its subsidiary, NXP B.V., together with NXP Funding LLC, is seeking to reprice its existing $486,250,000 Tranche A-1 Loans due 2017. The repriced loans would constitute a new tranche of loans under NXP's existing Senior Secured Term Loan Facility. The arranger on the transaction is Barclays Bank PLC.
